Peter Hübner - Micro Music Laboratories
Prof. Dr. med. Gunther Hildebrandt  • Chronobiological Aspects of Music Physiology

Even if with therapeutic measures the organism’s self-regulating energies are stimulated, this can be proven with the help of a normalisation of the rhythmic order. Illustration 13 shows three examples where, in the course treatment at climatic and health spas as well as during training treatments, the frequency ratio of the heart and breathing rhythm aims at the whole numbered norm 4:1.
